Description :
RFRP-3 TFA efficiently inhibits forskolin-induced production of cAMP with an IC50 of 0.7 nM. Scatchard-plot analysis shows that 125I-labelled hRFRP-3 has a single class of high-affinity binding sites for the membrane fractions of CHO cells expressing rat OT7T022, the Kd value and the Bmax values are 0.19 nM and 1.3 pM, respectively.RFRP-3 TFA specifically stimulate cells transfected with a new orphan 7TMR, OT7T022, it binds to OT7T022 as a specific ligand with high affinity (Kd= 0.19 nM).RFRP-3 (10-8 to 10-14M) has no effect on LH and FSH levels alone, but when it combines with GnRH, LH and FSH secretion is significantly reduced by the combination.RFRP-3 (Neuropeptide VF(124-131))(human) TFA, a human GnIH peptide homolog, is a potent inhibitor of gonadotropin secretion by inhibiting Ca2+ mobilization. RFRP-3(human) is a NPFF1 receptor agonist, it inhibits forskolin-induced production of cAMP with an IC50 of 0.7 nM.RFRP3 (human) acetate, a homolog of avian gonadotropin-inhibitory hormone, is an agonist of the NPFF1 receptor (IC50 = 0.7 nM for inhibition of forskolin-induced cAMP production). The human RFRP3 can effectively inhibit GNRH-stimulated gonadotropin secretion in sheep in vivo and in culture by inhibiting Ca2+ mobilization.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
