Description :
Angiotensin 1 is formed by renin acting on renin angiotensinogen and has 12 amino acids, mainly by the liver and released into the bloodstream by α-2-globulin. Renin cleaves the peptide bond between leucine and valine on angiotensinogen to produce a 10-amino acid peptide (Angiotensin 1). Angiotensin 1 is converted to Angiotensin 2 (AII) primarily by the deletion of two C-terminal residues by ACE enzymes in the lungs.Angiotensin is a polypeptide hormone that can cause vasoconstriction and subsequent increase in blood pressure. Angiotensin also stimulates the release of aldosterone, which promotes sodium retention in the distal kidneys, causing an increase in blood pressure.Angiotensin 1/2 (1-9) TFA contains the amino acids 1-9 that are converted from Angiotensin I/II peptide. It is an anti-cardiac hypertrophy drug with the functions of human metabolite, rat metabolite, antihypertensive agent and cardiac protective agent.Angiotensin 1/2 (1-9) TFA contains amino acids 1-9 converted from angiotensin I/II peptides. It is an anti-myocardial hypertrophy drug that has the effects of human metabolites, rat metabolites, antihypertensive drugs, and cardioprotective agents.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
