Gene therapy.iRGD (CRGDKGPDC) (Disulfide bridge: C1-C9) is a 9-amino acid disulfide-bonded cyclic peptide that is formed by the oxidation of the first cysteine C to the c-sulfhydryl group at the end to form a disulfide bond. It can bind to integrin and enzymatically hydrolyze to produce CRGDK, and then interact with neuropilin-1 to promote tissue penetration of drugs, which has the effect of targeting tumors and tumor penetration.
