Description :
Lamprey GnRH (also called peforelin) is a highly potent and specific FSH-releasing peptide that may enhance fertility in animals and humans. The peptide has found application in stimulating FSH release in swine. Peforelin surpasses GnRH in suppressing the growth of MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 breast cancer cells. In comparison to other GnRH-III analogs, the peptide exhibits a superior antitumor activity.LGnRH-III, lamprey acetate, a GnRH isoform isolated from the sea lamprey, is a weak GnRH receptor agonist with anti-tumor activity. It is an evolutionarily conserved member of the GnRH family and can stimulate the secretion of gonadotropins, luteinizing, and follicle-stimulating hormones.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
