[Leu5]-Enkephalin is a five amino acid endogenous peptide that acts as an agonist at opioid receptors.[Leu5]-Enkephalin TFA is an endogenous opioid agonist peptide with morphine-like activity. It inhibits electrically stimulated contractions in mouse vas deferens (IC50 = 11.4 nM).
